The plant represents one of the most complete power plant training unit with feed water system, fuel system, boiler, twin nozzle impulse steam turbine with hydraulic dynamometer and electric generator, condenser, and cooling tower. The unit produces over 0.75 kW mechanical power.

Readings are gauges and digital with data display and analysis by computer. The turbine throttle is also    computer controlled.
